Lifestyle coaching is about positive behavioral change. People who are not overweight, exercise regularly, do not smoke, drink alcohol in moderation and who can face the daily challenges of life, live an average of seven years longer and also stay healthy longer. [source]

As a lifestyle coach I can help you with this. I can give you supportive, motivational and positive guidance based on your own goals. With respect to your situation, we look for the best way to improve your health.

Lifestyle coaching helps you if you want to feel fitter and more energetic. You invest in your “positive health” if you want to lose weight and maintain weight permanently. Also if you want to tackle less healthy habits, such as smoking. I can help you to deal with stress differently and to relax better. More relaxation also contributes to a positive healthy lifestyle. The focus will not be on everything at once, but step by step over a longer period, so that you can improve your lifestyle permanently and you become a fitter and healthier version of yourself!

My name is Sandra van den Berg and I am an accredited health coach. I have set up Step by Step lifestyle coaching to help people.

I motivate people to adopt a permanently healthier lifestyle, in the field of exercise, smoking, alcohol, nutrition and / or relaxation.

I can help you to change your behavior step by step, in line with your own goal, so that you feel fitter, more energetic and can age healthier.

I coach individual clients, but also in groups, both physically and remotely via Teams or Zoom, depending on your wishes and your way of learning.

The CooLprogramme is kept small in my practice: the group size is about 7 to 8 persons. With this group size I can achieve the maximum of attention to the individual.
