What is Lifestyle Coaching?

Do you want to improve aspects of your life that you are not satisfied with? Are there things in your life that you have tried to change before? A lifestyle coach can give you new insights. What does a Lifestyle Coach do?

As a lifestyle coach I motivate and guide you to realize your chosen goals. Setting goals and actually achieving them becomes a lot easier with a lifestyle coach. The coach will discuss your habits and pitfalls with you and helps you to start living a healthier life. Together we work on a plan to reduce the chance of a relapse. In addition to healthy food and sufficient exercise, adequate rest and relaxation are also central to a healthy lifestyle.

Do you want to lose weight, exercise more and feel more energetic? Do you want more peace of mind, quit smoking, consume less alcohol and sleep better? Often people do not come with one, but with several goals.

My name is Sandra van den Berg and I am an accredited health coach. I have set up Step by Step lifestyle coaching to help people.

I motivate people to adopt a permanently healthier lifestyle, in the field of exercise, smoking, alcohol, nutrition and / or relaxation.

I can help you to change your behavior step by step, in line with your own goal, so that you feel fitter, more energetic and can age healthier.

I coach individual clients, but also in groups, both physically and remotely via Teams or Zoom, depending on your wishes and your way of learning.

The CooLprogramme is kept small in my practice: the group size is about 7 to 8 persons. With this group size I can achieve the maximum of attention to the individual.
